Anastomosis represents the connection of two previously separate lives, one that strengthens flow by allowing one to support the other in tough times. Thus, Anastomosed is the blog of C and T, a couple in their first second third year of medical school, at two different institutions. [Now engaged!]
But really, we’re mostly just here to geek out. Enjoy!
Could you configure your blog so that its RSS feed show full text instead of summary? (Settings …. Reading … For each article in a feed, show …) Thanks! 🙂
Oh wow, me & my fiancé are also about to start medical school together in the fall! How strange, I’m also debating keeping an online journal about it. Can’t wait to read more! (and agree with the need for an RSS feed 🙂 )
Hi Laura, Our RSS feed should be all fixed up now. Thanks for reading!
Hi C&T, At Accepted.com we’re working on a new blog series on med school applicants bloggers We’d love to interview you two about your experience so far. Do you have some time to answer our questions? It’s not too long, I promise!
Thanks, Sarah

Don?t healthcare get old with arms folded ? struggle for your life!
Hi I love your blog! I am so happy I found it. I am about to take my MCAT (tomorrow actually) and am applying this year to medical school. Would either of you have time/be willing to answer a few questions I have over email? I’d really appreciate it.
Very cute blog. I like the ying/yang nature of the two of you. Thanks for sharing
Hi, I’m kind of curious if you could let a researcher have access to the US News Historical Ranking data that you posted many months ago. It looks like you did more than just the top 20, and that would be really helpful for my disssertation! Please?
This was my source: http://www.adminplan.northwestern.edu/ir/data-book/v44/1.08-usnews-med-rankings.pdf

Hi C&T, While looking through your blog, I stumbled upon your useful medical school tips. Luckily we (Lecturio) provide med students with a huge free USMLE QBank which could be of use for you and your readership. If you´re interested, just write me back and we can further discuss my proposal. All the best, Till
